Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Turkey and the Kingdom of Morocco was signed on 7 April in Ankara and entered into force on 1 January With Turkey-Morocco FTA, tariffs and non-tariff barriers were eliminated in trade between the Parties. In return, the Moroccan Side granted concessions of duty reductions in the form of tariff quotas for certain products listed in Annex I of Protocol II. The products which will benefit from the preferential tariffs should fulfill the rules of origin set out in Protocol III of the Agreement.
